Booking & Availability
How far in advance should we book?
Luminous Moments is booking weddings for 2025-2027. We suggest giving a few months’ notice; however, we are open to last-minute weddings as well.
How do we reserve our date?
Submit a Contact Us submission, and we will reach out to set up a consultation.
Do you require a deposit to book?
We require a deposit of 25% to secure your date, with the remaining 75% due before the wedding date. We will develop a payment plan that fits your needs.

What’s included in your photo and video packages?
Check out our pre-designed wedding packages, or we can build-your-own wedding media bundle.
Are travel fees included in your pricing?
No travel fees for weddings within the Fox Valley area. Weddings outside of that range may be subject to travel and lodging fees. Contact Us for more information.
Coverage & Style
How many hours of coverage do you offer?
Our pre-designed packages are made for full-day coverage. We will capture preparation, first look, guest arrival, ceremony, post-ceremony portrait session, reception, dance, and cutting the cake.
Do you offer drone footage?
Our top-tier media package includes drone coverage; however, we also offer drone as an add-on service. Visit our wedding packages for more information.
Editing & Delivery
How long does it take to receive our photos and video?
We offer speedy photo delivery (estimated time 1-2 weeks). Video editing takes longer, and we will do our best to provide this service as quickly as possible (estimated time 3-6 weeks).
How many photos will we get?
A typical wedding can range anywhere from 600-1000 photos. We only deliver the best images possible. The final number depends on number of family, friends, and wedding party being photographed. Our portrait session after the ceremony ensures all of your most important family and friends are documented.
How do you deliver the final products?
Finished photo and video are delivered via Dropbox unless another method has been requested in advance. Other options include providing a hard drive, letting us purchase a hard drive, or another file transfer service.
